I don't know - I am saying I have never heard of "squares" but the pics look like some pastries I have had. The closest thing to them I have heard of are "chocolate chip cookie bars". They look and sound really good though!!

Well, tonight I get to go to my grandmother's for dinner and and I have chorale practice but for the most part it should be a fairly relaxing evening with a good meal.
