News From General Conference

Not much so far. lol

I have heard the rumor Daniel posted about the ALJC earlier tonight. Don't know how true it is.

The buzz is that the tv resolution will be amended so much that it becomes powerless. That is IF it even passes after it is amended.

It was great to talk to my friend, Chicago Pastor, tonight.

I saw rrford from a distance, but he was talking to a group of friends and I didn't want to interrupt him (he probably wouldn't want to talk to me anyway LOL).

I have received a ton of calls from AFFers today! I will do my best to call you when I know something new tomorrow. Truth is, there are some things I just can't post on open forum.

But I appreciate all of you, and will post as much as possible tomorrow afternoon.

MOW went to GC when it was in Ohio near him and he would know lots of folks there but I doubt if he would go as far as Florida to attend a UPC conf. That's just my opinion.

I sure thought he said he planned on going back in the summer... may he is undercover? I think the speedos would have given him away by now though.

No, I believe he said that he wouldn't be going and someone else would have to do the reporting from the floor!

He sure did a great job last year!

I have no idea.

I will say security is tighter than a fat man's belt.

Sheesh, I felt like I was at an airport!

They made us take everything out of our pockets before we could go into the singspiration. I was worried this was their new method of collecting an offering!
