the courtyard in my town is $160! i do not know why! we tried to get a corp. rate for guest that come to our church but we said " forget it"!
however, i was just in orlando last month and stayed at one for only $74 a night. I have NEVER heard of a Ctyd for $39! that's unbelievable!
