I'm thankful for so much this year.

I'm saved. I'm filled with the Holy Ghost. I've been set free from a few things. I'm in church. God's proving Himself daily to be all that I need.

And I'm thankful to be making a Thanksgiving dinner this year. I haven't celebrated for quite a few years. Looking forward to the yummy turkey and cranberry sauce and just the act of making all the good food for my family.

I am Thankful for...............

God's love; for 2 healthy, happy children, and for a good husband, and good parents.

I am glad to be back home (living in my home state), and for a great church.

I am thankful for my family and most of all the freedom to believe and worship as we do. So many look at the drama that has went on in our family this past year and ask.. How can you be thankful. I still have my children, my family, a wonderful church, my aff friends (have to take away from the meaning of this but ironic that as I was typing this so tired I actually twice typed in my add friends yep yep that would describe yall too!!!) my home, my freedom to worship. We have so much more than others and so many times we dont see that through the problems we have but Remember... WE ARE BLESSED!!!!

I am so thankful also.........

God has blessed me with a good job to support myself and help others. He has placed some wonderful friends in my life this year that I don't know how I did with out. He gave me a great support system with them.

His love is abundant! I have 2 wonderful daughters that live for the Lord and have a giving spirit. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I'm thankful for a lot, but one thing that is BIG today! I have NO PAIN in my hip joint. I have had pain/soreness in my hips for months now making walking painful - I'd grown accustom to the pain.

Today I have no pain or soreness and what a difference it makes!

Thank you Jesus!

Our pastor is out of the country on a mission trip right now. So for yesterday's service, we had 7 people lined up to come up and share what they are thankful for this year. They started with a little bitty kiddo and then aged upwards until we ended with the oldest man in the church. Between each one, we sang a verse of a thanksgiving hymn (actually we used 2 different hymns).

It was an awesome service!!

And then at the end, the oldest person asked for anyone else who wanted to share to go ahead and testify. Probably 15 people stood and shared at that point.

I am thankful to have another Thanksgiving with my wife. ...for the prayers and support of people from all across the country. And for the gentle people, those who quietly and assumingly do their best to encourage, strengthen and help people in need. People just like Scott Hutchinson.
