Only one wife for Adam. Eve was created for him. I believe that there is that one woman that God creates and plans for a man.
One! Unless she dies of course, and then he's free to help himself to another.

than one husband!!
Sheeesh, next thing you will be talking about woman preachers.

Sheesh yourself ya silly,  I was talking about in the polygamy cults. The men can have multiple wives but the wives cannot have more than one husband. It's all one-sided.

Ahhh yes, I'm remembering the teaching on divorce and remarriage I was taught. If it's wrong for someone to be divorced and then to get remarried while the other spouse is alive, because it's adultery... But then again, does a man with three or four wives commit adultery?
