You guys really need to chill somewhere...... When I say I am Pentecostal ,, let me explain for those who are SOOOO INTO KNOWING....
I believe in the gifts of the SPirit. and speaking in tongues.. thus I am Pentecostal
However. I do not hold that our services should be as out of order as they have been in times past.. and perfer a more WORD BASED service now... and thus I don't suppose I would be considered a "Pentecostal" as far as my style of worship any longer..
there ya go guys.. now run with it....

Mark I have met online many Branham followers that were nothing like DrV here...I found them a pleasure to dialogue with and they never bashed or trashed Pentecostals at all.

I believe in tongues and the gifts too. I'm just trying to reconcile how you've come to denounce other types of exuberant and at times emotional praise ... as we see in these pictures.
Do you still believe in slaying those you pray for?

That makes you Charismatic. Pentecostal historically is associated with the view that speaking in tongues is the intial evidence of the baptism of the Holy Ghost and not just one of the gifts of the Spirit...
Which reminds me...when and where do you speak in tongues? Church? Private prayer?
When you were in the Pentecostal church did you ever witness a message in tongues and interpretation?
