In addition, how many are willing to go across town to save 40 cents, spending $2.50 to do so? Isn't that defeating the purpose?
And what about small towns where there are only 5 stations and all have the same price? The big town gas wars won't have an impact there!
In addition, let's say the plan works. One station is 2 cents lower than the other 20 in town.
Can you imagine the road rage that will go on when 10,000 people a day are fighting for space at a station with 12 pumps?? Is saving 2 cents a gallon worth the hassle??
