What are we depositing?!

I heard a great lesson this morning re depositing encouragement into the lives of others.

We have a choice every minute of every day that we live...we can deposit life or death.

If the only words we can speak are those of criticism and rebuke, something is wrong. If the only words we can share are put-downs and snide remarks, something is wrong.

Is there a kind word you can share today?! Is there someone you can find to encourage and build up?! Can you speak life into someone this day?!

As we seek for a ministry and moving to a higher level in our Christian walk, can we ask for the spirit of encouragement to overtake us?!

The Apostle wrote, "as you have opportunity..." The Amplified makes it even more clear...


Gal 6:10

10 So then, as occasion and opportunity open up to us, let us do good [morally] to all people [not only being useful or profitable to them, but also doing what is for their spiritual good and advantage]. Be mindful to be a blessing, especially to those of the household of faith [those who belong to God's family with you, the believers].


We should seek to speak life to all men, but especially to those whom we call brother and sister.

Today I speak peace and rest to you...you are favored of God and can do all things through the One who strengthens you.

Be blessed today in all you do...so glad you are in the Family of God!!

But there are some great people on this forum with kind words every time they post. But, sadly they are often overlooked so some can argue and debate this and that.
