What length would you go to lose weight?

One still has to develop good habits or I can eat small amounts of bad food all day and defeat the purpose. What I miss the most is In-an-Out!!!!!!!!!

I need to lose 50 pounds...I don't weigh enough for lapband but enough that I can't wear any of my pretty little clothes...I think I need my mouth wired shut...be nice

The jury is still out on the long term success of lap banding. So far the studies seem to indicate that it is much less superior to the more invasive Roux-en-y procedure.
