Our little white tree with silver and blue decorations is so pretty. I love that table setting too.

Live with this, or live in it?

I have to get a new tree skirt too, the one I have is just too old.
I would probably spend more on decorations than gifts if I could. lol

I've always wanted to do that, but after seeing how many ornaments you have to buy for that - it's not worth it for one year. I wouldn't ever do that on a yearly basis.

Have to show you a painting that I am buying from my oldest sister. We made the arrangements last night. She is taking off $100 for me - too sweet.

The fountain is in an old Catholic Academy that my mother attended as a child in San Antonio. It's an art studio now.

Yea, those blue urns just don't belong. Too big for me! You can live there.

Right. I use a huge gold table cloth for my tree skirt. It has pinecones all over it. I haven't found a tree skirt that I like. I might buy some velvet in January when all the fabric goes on sale and make my own.

Did you ever get your picture to come out like you want it to? Can't wait to see it.

One year, when my kids were little, we went out and chopped down a Christmas tree on my SIL's property - just for the experience. LOL! I thought I had really decorated it so nice. A friend of mine was going out of town and wanted me to fun by and feed her dog. She had a HUGE, gorgeous Douglas Fir. I thought my tree looked like Charlie Brown's after seeing hers.

Oh, I love that. They have an art guild here, but I just can't afford the ones I like. The ones I dont like I might could afford.

Yes, I am going to see if my DIL will re-take a picture of it with her cell phone. After I get a new tree skirt.

I am over big trees, the tree we put up actually was one my youngest daughter had in her first apartment.

Thanks! I love her style. You are right, the ones that are affordable are not all that pretty.
