Donofrio also contends that two other candidates, Republican John McCain and Socialist Workers candidate Roger Calero, also are not natural-born citizens and thus ineligible to be president.
Uh ... so let's see, he's right about Obama but wrong about McCain, huh? Nah, I'm sure you people would find your way around that inconvenience, as many facts as have been skewed by right wing mindless ranting on this board before, during and after this election.
Come off the black helicopter stuff, people. It's just making you look silly.
Re: Why Don't You "Lawsuit" Fanatics Post ALL Fact
I don't find this fact to be really relevant at all. Since when has the credibility of the guy bringing a lawsuit been a requirement in judging the validity of the suit in question?
Personally I think Obama satisfies any and all requirements of citizenship to be president. I think all of these lawsuits will come to nothing, not because of some great conspiracy but because there is nothing there.
But there is one thing that bothers me in all of this. When ever you have a presidential candidate where this issue might arise, I really think it ought to be dealt with very clearly and openly. That birth certificate in the vault in Hawaii would settle the entire matter, and I am sorry, showing it to some knucklehead bureaucrat isn't enough.
I just wish Obama would release all the pertinent information (and no that has not been done) to the public and put an end to the non-sense. All this is doing is fueling the fires of conspiracy theorists.
Obama is qualified to be President. I believe that. But good grief, put these silly fires out by providing the proper information.

I really dont think there is a cover up at all.
I think the proper information was provided to the proper authorities who deal with this and the Obama people and Obama himself want to be "above the frey" and appear "Presidential" and therefore arent responding to this.
and I think that is a bad mistake. A lot of the problems that GWB has had, has been the result of this "above the frey" attitude that his people took and so they just didnt respond to a lot of false charges. it is a mistake to do so.

Is it typical to pay attorneys a million bucks to Appear above the fray?

Obama addressed the scandal over his Senate seat Tuesday afternoon, saying, "I had no contact with the governor or his office and so we were not, I was not aware of what was happening."
But Obama's senior advisor David Axelrod told a Chicago affiliate of Fox News that Obama had in fact spoken to Blagojevich about his empty Senate seat.
"I know he's talked to the governor and there are a whole range of names, many of which have surfaced, and I think he has a fondness for a lot of them," Axelrod said in the Nov. 23 interview.
The controversy continued Tuesday evening, when Axelrod issued a statement retracting his statement. "I was mistaken when I told an interviewer last month that the President-elect has spoken directly to Governor Blagojevich about the Senate vacancy. They did not then or at any time discuss the subject," said Axelrod.

The donofrio case is not the REAL case anyway....he's talking about some British subject issue concerning his father.....just another distraction. The real cases are the Phil Berg case and the Alan Keyes case.....with the major point being Obama's Indonesian citizenship and his subsequent action of never reapplying for US citizenship before the age of 21(or ever). This makes him not only not natural born, but also an ILLEGAL ALIEN.
My question for you, sir, is what is YOUR AGENDA in ranting against those of us that like to engage in intelligent discussion concerning an impending ongoing constitutional crisis in the making.

I'm not!!! I see this as another major distraction from the real, pertinent issues being discussed concerning Obama's eligibility to be president. Apparently they(the mainstream media) don't want the cat totally out of the bag just yet.
