Bro, I have no problems with biblical terms. I may personally choose not to use a few, but that's just me. You can call them Sodomites, abominable, dogs, reprobates, sinners, fools, perverts, or anything else listed in the Bible and I'd shout with you, as long as you're attacking the sin and not the sinner. You can also use technical terms we all understand like homosexual, hey, I'd even tolerate shortening it to "homos". You can use terms that have become standard fair like "gay" if you like. But some terms are simply pejoratives that do more harm than good when spoken. Remember when you were a young man in the locker rooms at school? Were you ever called a "queer" and berated by some idiot? Those words hurt. Also, consider a saint who's been in that lifestyle before being saved... don't be deceived, those words sting when they hear them too, I've talked to a few brothers about it.

Also, as a father, I don't want my son talking like that. I'm raising a Christian gentleman and I don't need some uncouth preacher turning him into a crass and bombastic blowhard.

Oh, and for the record, last time I checked the words "fag" and "queer" aren't in the Bible.

What words DO we use and what difference does it make if they are not in the bible? You said that before already, I said Sodomite is in there and you indicated that was the wrong word to use so for the record, why do you keep saying that???
