New Monitor

My Monitor went on the fritz yesterday, it was a Viewsonic 19'' that was 3 years old.
I am using the kids computer & I need to replace my old one.

Any suggestions?

I kinda like the Acer 18.5 '' I see on sale for $139!

What do you have?

Re: New Monitor

I just bought a new one. Actually it's not new. It's used. I had an old clunker. Big. But BIG!! took up way too much space. And I've wanted a new flat screen for a long time. But I wasn't paying thru the nose for it.

When I got the second hard drive installed on my computer, they had a used 19" flat screen up there for $60. So I took it. The people had bought a new "boxed computer" from Best Buy that included a new monitor. So they sold this one to Computer Plus for a little bit and I bought it from them for just a little more. Worked out for all of us

What kind is it? I dunno.

Re: New Monitor

Mine has been acting up for several months and finally (nearly) gave up the ghost this past weekend. It took over an hour for it to turn on.... And it has been on ever since. If I turn it OFF it ain't coming on again!

This is what I ordered Sunday
