Why I Choose to stay anonymous...
I personally have not chosen to stay anonymous, anyone can figure out who I am- This is a question for people who would NEVER let it slip publicly who they really are.
This is a take off of the thread "How would you define AFF"- and it made me curious, it is also a topic of study in one of my classes- "online personas"

Because I know what kind of idiots are out there on the internet. I know people who have had other so called Christians try to get them fired, harrass their pastors and spread rumors about them...then there are the non-Apostolics that are just stalkers. Better safe than sorry

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

Of course mine, but so do other people, I'm sure. I wouldn't pass pictures along without getting permission from the person first. But it's like any other friendship - if a person is sharing and talking to you about things they shouldn't, you pretty well know you won't and can't trust them with your personal information and life. That's a no-brainer.

Well, I can honestly say that I had your mailing address once. I requested it for one purpose (which you knew) -- and gave it to the person who had requested it-- (with your permission). I also destroyed it right after that, and don't even have it in MY personal records anymore.. LOL How's that? Oh, and another thing--- with my memory being what it is, I can honestly say-- I don't remember anything other than your first name and the state you live in. You don't have to worry about me becoming a stalker. I hope you still trust me.

Everyone would ask for an autograph and all AFF ladies would probably fall in love with me. I prevent all this from happening by keeping my anonymity on AFF.
