In a nutshelf, it teaches he came by Mary but not of Mary. Her egg wasn't used. This is why he is the Son of God.
Bro Seagraves book is him refuting what someone else told him they heard at a meeting of the DF folks. I have that book too.

Interesting. The truth is I don't believe any of us fully understand God "sending his only begotten Son" and what exactly that means when it comes to the maekup of Jesus.
I have always been taught that Jesus was 100% God and 100& man but since that defies mathematics even that is not a clear explanation.

I think it might be close to the same distance the main difference is the location of the St. Louis airport the traffic could always be a problem. However I would check Evansville?

If you were preaching back in 1953, you must be uh, uh, how do I say this, um, um, an elder by now?

It is Ron Newstrand and Lois Dyer and they did marry. Pastor ed in Newark, OH for 35+ years. Retired and live part time in Franklin and attend West Nashville when in the area.
My dad has a great quote from Bro. Curts. He went to a ministers meeting with my grandfather Howard Dyer in Cincinnati one year. Bro. Curts said a woman approached him and asked him "Bro Curts why can't I wear my earrings if you are going to wear a tie tack?" Bro. Curts said. "Lady, the day your ear lobes lop over into your gravy is the day you can start wearing earrings!"
My dad thought that was a hilarious as well as an astute answer.

Bro Segraves has Tekle's book and also a tape of him teaching the doctrine, Bro. Segraves took Tekle words and teaching point and point and refuted them with the proper intrepretation of scripture.
