He likely would share it, were I that interested. It is available to me from multiple sources.
To be honest, I am not aware of any prohibition, written or otherwise, in sharing the content of the Forward. (unless you refer to copywright litigation issues)

Do you think it is unethical for a minister to allow anyone else to read the Forward? Or are you refering to the reproduction of copywritten materials?
