When I pastored in Valley Springs we had a man coming to church regularly named Jody...
The first Sunday he was there he asked me how "kenny" was doing... I didn't know "Kenny"....of course he was talking about Kenny Haney....
He lived on Double Springs Ranch and was Bro. Haney's First Cousin...He resembles this lady very much....

Clyde still has some family that is still living. I believe he has one brother that's still with us. I talked with him at Olive's funeral.

Strong old memories
From all these posts I see such a huge slice of my life here. From the heros of my past: the picture of my father in the group at Tracy; the mention of AD Urshan who baptised me after receiving the Holy Ghost at a revival in Stockton preached by Sis Edna Mills. Raven, you are connected to both Tracy and Burney where the picture shows Bro Clyde Haney and Mother Haney

RCA
You have slipped in under my radar. I'll have you identified shortly but it was good for you to post, ... whoever you are!!! We were certainly priviledged to have been part of a rich history.

By 1949, when these photos were taken, the attendance was over 150, a new building completed, and a Bible College had been started.
These photos are of the Junior and Senior groups of their Youth Department.

Wow, what a great history we have. Would like to see and learn more about the other pioneers of this and the orginazations that shaped the apostolic church.
