How would you know if that soul is actually lost? They attend a church, so presumably, they don't think of themselves as lost. ('Course the same could be said of a lot of people who don't attend church, too!

I agree with sister Alvear. It is not as important where we win a soul, or which church the converted attend - let's just get as many into the kingdom as we can.

With that being said; our first responsibility are those who are within reach of our spere of influence. It is not a good testimony to reach people many miles away when we aren't reaching our own neighborhood.

Why would a church in one city, presumably with a whole city to win to the Lord, intentionally target souls in another city?

The only thing I can say is if the one pastor that targets souls in another churches city he better not whine if the other church targets souls in his city

The towns are probably 10 miles apart and the population of both towns together are prob only 20,000 - 25,000 - so plenty of room for both - and like others have said - does it really matter who reaches them??
