Where pray tell me does these verses say anything about a cashless society, or a computer chip implantation. It speaks of a visible mark, period. If it were a invisible mark, most people are already lost for they already do most of their business with an invisible number they carry in their purse or wallet. |

3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

Sean, you posted to Esaias that you didn't get rid of your credit card? So how can you accuse Loren of buying into a "the system" hook, line and sinker? Do you buy everything with precious metals? Or do you use paper money backed by debt and not gold. Your money in the bank is NOT refundable in silver and gold? Sean? Aren't we already in a cashless society?

Sean, that isn't about a second coming, that is speaking about his first coming. Peter is speaking about Judeans scoffing concerning Messiah. The verse is referring to individuals scoffing that Messiah didn't come, because they didn't believe Jesus was the Messiah. Therefore there were Judeans who doubted that Messiah would come at all. The way you ended your post looks like you are the scoffer.

Yes we are.
However, the ANGEL has not made us aware of what the mark is yet......
9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
