Some preach t-total some moderation. What do you believe? If t-total, do you do wine for communion?

I believe that Scripture holds the moderate use of alcohol and never to excess.

I'm definitely a t-toter(?) and no serious consideration of wine in communion has ever touched my palate.

Alcohol is just too much of a stumblingblock for too many, within and without.

If you are on an island and you have belly-ache...please take every liberty with last Thursday's fruit from the vine.

I believe that also, Dave ... although I've probably haven't had alcohol more than 8 times in my life ... the last time was maybe 13 years ago.

I have it with communion and that's about it. But if a person can handle the use of it I'm sure it's a gift allowed by God.

Then, of course, there are some who should stay clear of it ... JMO

The pure biblical stance is moderation. That is my personal stance as well. However, I can probably count the number of glasses of wine I have with a meal per year on one hand. (maybe two)

However, there a number of people who recognize that moderation is biblical who still choose to abstain. There's that liberty thing again.

No problem with that.
