We already have a very good written Constitution. We just need the politicians to follow it. But, Chris Dodd is resigning, so there is hope! It's a start.

Well, it doesn't actually look like it's spitting. It drinks the liquid and then it spills out of the cup. What is it doing? LOL!

Never mind, it does spit it back into the cup. I never noticed that before. LOL!
