When I came to God...

He gave me "beauty" for "ashes"
He gave me the "oil of joy" for "mourning"
He gave me the "garment of praise" for the "spirit of heaviness"
He gave me a "Crown" in exchange for my "cross"
He gave me a "robe of righteousness" in exchange for my "self righteous rags"
He exchanged my "hopeless past" for a "future full of hope"
He gave me a "load of benefits" for my "load of sin"
For my "death sentence", he gave me "life everlasting"
I traded a "lake of fire" for a "heavenly mansion"
I traded my "pain" for his "healing"
I traded my "empty vessel" for an "overflowing cup"
I traded a "growing debt" for "riches untold"
I traded "eternity with Satan" for "eternal life with Jesus"
I traded a "hard road" for an "easier road"
I traded a "lonely walk" for a "constant companion"
