I guess she felt emboldened enough to get into legal trouble despite her standing, and it didn't pan out like she expected. The article didn't say where she was from, but the comments below mentioned Brazil.

I saw the video when it first came out and told a friend, I bet she's angry because she's either an illegal or a dreamer.
