Am I missing something here? TD Jakes is going to debate Trins over the Godhead? That would be AWESOME! It would cause him to gain a bit of respect in my opinion.

I seriously doubt it, for the trinitarians usually stack the deck.
They will gang up on the oneness person and will use every dirty trick of argumentation that they can think of.
It will be a huge set up to make us Oneness folks look as bad as possible.

Bishop Jakes preaches the Revelation of Jesus Christ. He does not (and I do not) preach the DKB version of "Oneness". I hate the word as well as the word "Trinity". Neither are in the Bible. DKB and this "Oneness" theology has reduced The Almighty GOD to a book and a box and GOD cannot and will not be defined and put in a box by man.
I respect DKB but know he is teaching what he has been taught by those that were taught the same thing by the ones that taught them.
As much as I preach the Revelation of Jesus Christ - it is NOT the God in a theological box as defined and put in a book to convince people that do not have a REVELATION of who God is!
That is the problem we have - we have someone that is intelligent enough to write a book and praise and exalt our movement so we make him the Bishop and say we have all the truth - when in fact - THE ALMIGHTY GOD cannot and will not be contained by man's attempt to define HIM and make Him JUST OURS!
He is! But when we compare that with ourselves doing similar things, it totally changes the picture. We are not REQUIRED to talk to ourselves as God manifested in flesh as a genuine human that has to pray is required to. We are one person with one nature. God is not restricted to us. So you are actually, though I do not think you see it, making what would look ridiculous for us to do something that therefore must be ridiculous for God to do.
No one seems to get my point. lol. Whatever. I have been trying to relate how we have to stop comparing God manifested in TWO DIFFERENT NATURES with two human beings who each have ONE NATURE. It's the most grand case of apples opposed to oranges there could be! God is not limited to one nature as we are, and therefore all bets are off as to what He cannot do as one person in contrast to us. It is utterly absurd to think God must be more than one person because one human person who possesses only one nature, and such a state can never change, cannot do certain things God did without being more than one person.

Wow! So you really believe the pentecostal stuff? I somehow thought you were charismatic. Why do you want people to speak in tongues so bad? Do you feel like folks haven't received the Holy Spirit until they have the evidence of tongues?
