Yes, I'm sure that's it. I am avoiding the truth that God wanted my brother to die, for some reason. And that the day of his death was better than the day of his birth.
Isn't this big part to the faith we have in Christ Jesus?
One day we will leave this world to be with our God and savior forever. Isn't that better than being in this world?
Isn't there more to our existence than this life?

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
Quote from Ethel Goss (widow of 1st UPC Gen Supt. Howard Goss) book "The Winds of God"
BB says it's true of everyone, and not just believers. Yeah. Weird.
Well, I can only note that, like testing spirits, the Bible does not seem to hold this out for "sheep" only, so I read all men here, as the MSS does not have "eth ha Adam" here. Ya, weird.
"The day of a man's death is better than the day of his birth."
This can only mean "There is something we do not understand about physical death. All of us. The image in the common mind is false."
Ah, and I'm sure you are already aware that I no longer can agree with
"One day we will leave this world to be with our God and savior forever. Isn't that better than being in this world?"
as I have come to "Understand I AM," which contradicts this, for me; well, and my learning that Heaven is coming here. I do understand that this other view is still quite common, and well meant, so I would accept the intent there.
"Isn't there more to our existence than this life?"
Amen, there sure is; it is right beside us, "the kingdom of Heaven," and it's never going to be any closer to us than it is RIGHT NOW. Will things ever physically be any different, here on earth, than they are right now? Well, obviously; we even have a name for it, it's the future. It comes right after "free beer tomorrow," and if you are waiting for this, you are waiting for something that is waiting for you.
Understand I AM. If you were being asked to grasp the meaning of a Title, it would be, "Understand I Am." I AM is not "I WILL BE," and we miss the point, our lives, until we grasp this.

If that's really what it means, then it is wrong.

There may be. Lot of speculation about that. But if there is, and if some people get a nice afterlife and others get a horrible one, I don't know which my brother got, any more than which I will get.

That is my interpretation, and I invite others. I have tested this, but if you are aware of truth here that has not been reflected, please speak this truth. "Then it is wrong" does not count.

Speculate all you like; the kingdom of Heaven is right beside you. And the rest just paraphrases "No one knows where we go when we die," the same guy that brought you "The day of a man's death...", so you might consider.
