Aquila, Did you get to watch the 3rd Party debate last night on C-span? I started a thread with the link. You need to go to the Free and Equal website to vote if you want to make sure that Gov. Johnson gets chosen for the second debate on Oct. 30th. Today is the last day to vote.
Gov. Johnson did a great job. I would say he won the debate.
Goode is more conservative, as you know, but he stood his ground.
All were polite. Didn't like Jill Stein from the Green Party. She is wanting FREE higher education for everyone. That would be totally state run. lol
...how many republicans/Independants/Libertarians did not vote last time because they did not like McCain/Palin ticket?? For shame we lose again because votes are thrown to someone else or not voting at all.....
Voting for Romney is a stepping stone in the right direction....

McCain lost because he is a Rhino.
That's your opinion and you have the American right to have it. Others don't feel that way, and also have their American right to have their own opinion.
Vote your conscience.
I agree with what Gov. Johnson said last night - "Wasting your vote is voting for someone you don't believe in."

I won't be wasting my vote on Romney nor Obama.
that's good and all, but not necessarily true, if the ones u BELIEVE in are not going to change the out come of voter counts for the better, why bother? Ron Paul or Santorum cannot get enough votes combined to beat Romney. So, and I scratch my head at your logic...who do u want to win in this election? Sometimes we have to vote for the lesser of two evils, (though I don't believe Romney is evil/my opinon/there are alot of crazy inputs about mormons, who do accually read the Bible too.) Gloria Allred is going after Romney's religion cause its goofy, but not Tom Cruises?? You see the hypocrisy? Our Bible and its rights are being violently and seemingly willingly taken from us!! I'm taking a stand. Romney IS the right choice to the better future at this point. In 3 years we will have more to choose from. Romney is the one to turn the economy around and strengthen our military. All these other "bibical" issues can and should be decided state by state. Government needs to get their hands off our freedom of choices.
Just my 2 cents...I'm done/my last imput on this...I'm frightened for America!

i am fine with you voting for a third party guy.... thank God you are in Texas... but lets be clear McCain didnt lose because he was a rino. He lost because GWB had a 30% approval rating and McCain was the republican. And then right before the election, the economy cratered and it was blamed on Republicans.
Rino had nothing to do with it.
Now, A Mitt Romney loss might very well happen and if it does, I suspect we can blame his being (at least by some folks view) a RINO.

I believe that a strong candidate who didn't look like Bush and who took the fight to Obama would have had a chance. I also believe that further into the campaign, Palin became a liability to McCain as well.
So, I think it was McCain being a Rhino, the infighting with Palin (disunity - remember when she wanted to go to Michigan and they told her no? That kind of stuff and more), not taking the fight to Obama, Bush ratings and the economy.
It was a weak campaign overall. And, yes, Bush approval rating and economy certainly didn't help, but people pay attention to who looks strong and McCain did not have a strong campaign. They may have come out of the gate that way, but they began to tank before the economy.

It's interesting that polling, after the three debates, show the percentages for those voting Neither, respectively: 50%, 49%, 49%.
Obama is a puppet of the transnational banksters. Romney too is a puppet, but he is also a player.
I understand that Mark Levin was talking about a possible tie in the electoral college yesterday. It can happen. Obama has about 253 electors and Mitt has about 191. If neither gets to 270, especially with Paul, Goode, Johnson and Stein in the race and perhaps winning a couple of states, then we could have a three-way race in the House. More importantly, America will see the failure of duopoly.
Now that would be a worthy thing to work toward. I'm game!
