Of course if someone were to do something like that they might want to do something that they personally find amusing and which they can tell others about that doesn't effect the people actually there when they are doing it.

No but it's the most logical conclusion. People start going to churches and then leave them all the time.
Logic is not subjective. You need to logically lay it out, not just claim it's true because you say so.
People don't pretend to be a friend, pretend to be a brother, pretend to believe and even speak in tongues, then pretend to fall into Apostasy...did you ever consider some of those people might find out it was all a ruse?

Look at cases where people are doing anthropological studies in American sub-cultures. People will sometimes let people think that they are actually part of that sub-culture as an assumption or they may even portray themselves as part of it.
Of course when going to some foreign tribe you couldn't feign yourself a native.
Give me an example. Do you think when they do, they intentionally mock the culture they are studying?

When I took a poll on the project it was heavily biased by Christians because of all the Christians coming from the Charisma site and still you had about 30 percent toward the end of the project that thought it was okay, might be okay or could be okay.
