Tell me, why is it that one can't simply be for laws being enforced and borders being secured without being labeled a bigot, racist, anti-Mexican, Nazi, etc.
The problem is anytime someone wants to close the border to ILLEGAL, law-breaking, mostly criminal immigrants -- they get labeled as a bigot or racist. It's stupid. Congress will never close the border because of this. No Senator is willing to risk his reputation and character and open himself up to slander by idiots from La Raza or other pro-ILLEGAL, anti-American immigration wackos.
Let's forget about a border wall . . . it'll never happen. Neither will deporting the ILLEGALs already here. And the National Guard won't be deployed to the border unless there's a national or natural disaster.
So let's focus on what CAN be done . . . (
but still probably won't be done because of people like DA who immediately jump to label people bigots and Nazi's)

You're on crack, crakjak, the problem isn't abortion. LoL The problem is employers who hire these ILLEGALs because they'll work for less. They don't have to pay ILLEGALs minimum wage - most of the time they pay them less than that. And they don't pay benefits for insurance, sick or vacation leave.
What Congress needs to pass isn't Amnesty for these ILLEGALs. What they need to pass is a law that is tough on businesses and employers who hire these ILLEGALs. Give businesses the tools to root out the ILLEGALs and impose hard penalties for the ones who hire them.
1st offense: maximum monetary penalty
2nd offense: yank the business license
Make it miserable for the companies who are hiring ILLEGALs . . . really miserable. The root of the problem is the businesses that willingly prey and hire ILLEGALs. Take care of that and you'll solve most of the problem, because
once companies stop hiring ILLEGALs, ILLEGAL immigration will dry up. No use walking through the AZ desert for days in the heat when you can't be hired and can't get money.
After you take on the businesses, fix the healthcare and government assistance programs. Put an end to babies born in the US automatically being US Citizens. Too many ILLEGAL pregnant women jump the border, have a baby and then are able to stay and bring family because the baby is considered a US Citizen. How stupid is that? If the mother isn't a US Citizen, the baby shouldn't be granted that status.
DA is correct, ILLEGALs or others w/out a SS# can use a Taxpayer ID # for taxes. However, some states are beginning to get wise to this and are refusing to give tax refunds to people without documentation who only use this ID#. It's not much, but it's a start.
Stop giving free education and healthcare to ILLEGALs . . . even if they are the children of ILLEGALs. Why give them free healthcare? They're working, make them pay for it!
Hospital ERs are crowded here in PHX with them because the don't have insurance so they can't have a regular physician. So ERs are flooded with minor things like people with simple colds, allergies or the flu and citizens with actual emergencies are forced to wait for hours because of this.
And then we're the one's paying for it in the end because the hospital has to charge so much to cover for the free care it's giving to the ILLEGALs.
Make English the official language. Why is this even an issue? Why is there a question about it? Nearly every other country has an official language, yet we're too PC about it and worried about offending Spanish-speaking people.
Let the Border Patrol Agents do their jobs! It's funny, the BP Agency had a job fair here in the PHX metro recently, but the crowd wasn't as large as in the past. The reason is because you have 3 BPAs that are currently behind bars for doing their job, meanwhile at least one scumbag, drug-dealing ILLEGAL is out free as a bird because he was given immunity to testify against a law-abiding, US Citizen BPA.
It's ridiculous that BPAs are unable to return fire if fired upon; unable to defend themselves from ILLEGALs crossing the border and attacking with rocks and other things.
There's been several documented videos of drug dealers, ILLEGALs and even Mexican army personnel coming across the border taking potshots at our BPAs. Yet they're supposed to do nothing about it.
Shoot first, ask questions later . . . JMO
So there you have it, we can dry up ILLEGAL immigration without a border wall and without a new stupid immigration status.
Penalize/shut down employers who hire them;
End the automatic US Citizen by border-jump births;
Close free education and healthcare or impose penalties for use;
Make English the official language; and
Allow the BPAs to do their job w/out PC prosecution.
Of course, this is just the "uninformed drivel" of a "Nazi," racist, bigot . . . I mean it must be, since I'm suggesting ways to stop ILLEGAL immigration and not shouting "hooray for amnesty!"
