Very interesting talk. I am not sure what all these fellows backgrounds are bit for someone who is just looking to be educated in the legalities of what is going on, I listened all the way through. It is only an hour.

They are great people. Jay Sekulow represented the President during the bogus impeachment trial. They do a lot for religious freedom.
The four scenarios for the Supreme Court would be:
Request a Reply brief
Grant the orders
Set it up for oral arguments
Deny the case

Yes, from what these guys said, SCOTUS have the four States in mentioned in Texas's lawsuit that they have till tomorrow evening to respond to the lawsuit.
These guys mentioned that the most likely scenario is to says that the Election was not done in these four States according to the Constitution, therefore SCOTUS throws it back in the State legislatures hands to select the electors, or to defer to Congress. If it goes to Congress than it goes by each State having one vote. Trump leads Biden in that regard.
I just wish some people involved would see jail time. This is ridiculous.

When a case was brought BEFORE the election about the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overstepping it bounds by demanding a 3-day extension on absentee ballots, the vote was 4-4 to hear the case. Alito said then that the wording of the Constitution on the authority retained by the State Legislators regarding electors was "unambiguous." Had ACB been able to participate in the hearing, the vote would have been 5-4. It is my understanding that the dissenters said the suit could only be brought AFTER the election. So why would they refuse to hear now?

From my limited understanding, and I am getting this from the video I posted. When there is a dispute between States, be it water rights, boundaries, or Federal Elections. The only avenue of relief is SCOTUS. SCOTUS has ko alternative but to hear it. The case is on the docket and they are going to hear it. I think that is why the State of Texas did what they did. SCOTUS must look at the case now.

Re: SCOTUS Denies Final Trump Lawsuit - It's Over
It's 19 states now, I believe. Heard it was 20, but supposedly Kentucky backed out? Not sure about that one, just hearsay.
I also heard there was another suit filed by Louisiana?
