So sad, it's beyond my ability to really grasp it. Really.
And those Grandparents, instead of mourning, are seeking legal immunity!!!

The daughter and granddaughter were living with them weren't they?

Well I am conflicted. As I think about my sadness and anger I have towards the parents and grandparents in this, I don't wish for their death. I wish for justice, for fairness.
I wish that little girl was not dead.
Only God can help this situation-- I'm not sure what can or should be done.

Not to be gruesome, but when a body decomposes as much as hers did, there's nothing left to hold the bones together. In addition, animals will carry bones off.

It just makes for a very sad and heavy situation.
I'm really bothered by this incident and the apparent lack of justice that is likely to occur, especially if the grandparents get "legal immunity".

They get immunity only if they agree to testify against the daughter. Sad situation.
I really try to be against the death penalty. I really do. And try to stay out of discussions about it. But, my first wife was murdered by two men. One committed suicide in prison, the other is still on death row. (Got the death penalty). I won't oppose the death penalty for him, but I won't rejoice the day they take his life either. (If they ever do). Took me a long time, but... I an finally getting to the place where I can pray that God will save his soul.
I guess the day he is put to death (if it ever comes) will be a sad day for me. Because whatever they do (or don't do) to him, won't bring my first wife back.

OMG, OA. I had no idea. I'm so sorry. I knew your first wife passed a while back, but I didn't know the circumstances and didn't want to pry. You have had a lot of losses in your life, my friend. I'm so sorry.
