ICorinth, I have had my "mail read" before, only it turned out *they* were reading someone else's mail, or the mail that is sent out to everyone.
I have no patience for mail readers. Nor can I imagine anyone with an actual GIFT of sorts using it to intimidate others.
Who's talking about intimidating people? Those people you're mentioning in your first comment, what have they to do with me? I could care less what they do, the proof is in the pudding, honey!
You have permission to "read my mail". Here, in public. Scare me, embarrass me, amaze me. Be as detailed as possible. God knows everything about me. Get the scoop!

You are--you're the one who mentioned scaring people.
Of course the proof is in the pudding, and in my lifetime I can count on one hand the number of "mail readers" who've fallen into that category. They have a lot to do with you, because the mail readers I referenced make any who are legit look bad.

If I was God I would slap you for having such mentality.
The gifts aren't for amusement or to receive accolades.

You, my friend need help!
How do you know what God would do?
God is merciful, even in the face of our ignorance. Well, especially in the face of our ignorance--and humanity.
I got angry and yelled at Him once. He forgave me, thank goodness. I don't recall Him slapping me. It seems that I shortly dissolved into tears and He was then a comfort to me, knowing that my anger was misplaced. All-knowing God that He is--He knew that before I did, and responded accordingly.
