If I'm at work, and everytime I see the secretary my brain thinks "sex, sex sex" -- what does guilt-free "chocolate" look like here?
If sin really something that if you feed it a little, you will be satisfied or does it constantly want more?

The Bible says all things in moderation. It also says that some have rules "touch not taste not handle not" that seems spiritual but are not spiritual. I think the key here....not being a male, mind you, is to say "Wow, she's a knockout" but I do love my wife...so, I will buy my wife flowers and try to woo her when I get home. I think it is wrong to blame yourself for seeing the beauty and appreciating it. There are some things you can't help. The problem is in trying to get the secretary in the sack.

Actually, the exact expression "moderation in all things" or "all things in moderation" is not from the Bible at all. It's Aristotlean if anything (as presented in his Nicomachean Ethics )
And most certainly that can't literally mean "all things" since some things we are to completely abstain.
The scripture you're likely referring to is Phil 4:5 (Let your moderation be known unto all men) -- many translators use "temperate" here too.
Your optimism about male sexuality is warming, but I believe possibly slightly naieve. The feminine expression of male sexuality is off the mark. Male, untampered, selfish, visual-driven sexuality isn't concerned with anyone or anybody else. It's an imagination run wild into the most debase thoughts... even if for only a few seconds. Stephen Arterburn's books, I believe, well describe "Every Man's Battle" -- even if his prescription runs high on moralism.

I read that book. I came away from it feeling that it is written from an extreme viewpoint. I think the view may be good temporarily for someone weaning themselves from a porn problem....but I think it would be detrimental in the long run. I have been married for 24 years and have a grown son. I have run the gamut on male sexuality and have come to the understanding that I will never understand it but I think scaring women with stories of rampant male sexuality
and saying things like "if a woman wears eyeliner a man will lust" are extremist and damaging. Men can control themselves. But men should not have to live in a box with covered eyes wishing they could have what God made them to desire.

If you read the book, then you have a pretty good picture already of male sexuality -- and not just male sexuality that has pornography addictions. One of the points of the book debunked the myth about men with porn addictions who claimed to be "super men with super sex drives" over against other men with much more tame sex drives.
I agree the book's prescription was rigid, while it's description couldn't have been more accurate.
We aren't talking about women wearing mascara, we are talking about movies with sexual situations. I would most certainly agree with you otherwise. That's not to say, any woman who reads that book won't naturally want to do their minimum part in protecting their brothers from this snare.

Re: Sex Scenes
Gotta run to work here in a minute but I also wanted to say that men should never mention that secretary to their wives and never expect her to understand. She might understand, but it should be a private battle in a man's mind and never fodder for discussion with one's wife, unless you want to kill what you ignited by bringing home those flowers.

I personally do not bring home movies with nudity in them. On the flipside, if I accidentally see one and my husband does too, it is not a big condemnation thing. it wasn't intentional.
