Your first comment on a thread is usually a Politically Incorrect outburst in the form of ridicule. Soo pridictable and sooo shallow.

Juan Williams was fired for what he said off the job.

You wouldn't have a problem for being fired under the same employee handbook?

Keep up the good work/posts Coadie!
I can tell that I am the only person that watched the 6 minute clip. NPR sure didn't
NPR was ridiculus and immature and fired Juan because of bullying from CAIR and their threats.

Something's fishy, here. No one thinks Coadie's posts are good!
I really enjoy Coadie's posts!

He seems to know what he's talking about more than most.

I happen to agree with what I've read so far, I'm brand new here, just posted for the first time yesterday.
There are people who think Soros and the left are beyond the pale besides Coadie, I'm one of them.

Soros isn't going to stand for anything outside of his will and plans.
He's buying the media and anything else he can get his grubby hands on that will help his cause.
He's a tool of satan...what a pity all that money going to waste, he'll have some answering to do one day.

These people would have had their heads explode during WWII, PC hadn't been invented yet...thank God. It's probably why that war was done in four years.

I have an old internal employee hand book. it discusses termination and other approaches to employee problems. There is not one phrase in our handbook that covers what some one says away from the job. I couldn't fire Juan. I have very rarely fired someone without at least one meeting or an opportunity to umprove.

Juan was fired overnight without a single conversation.
Watch the 6 minute clip and tell me where one of the 3 says anything that could get them fired.
The left explodes with intolerance. They have a sensitive trigger point.
I have heard of bad employee behavior on business trips. I can't touch it if it is not work related time.

NPR .... If I'm not mistaken NPR stands for "National PUBLIC Radio!" So now the PUBLIC is strictly the left wing thinkers? No Conservative thoughts are allowed on NPR? I thought we all were the PUBLIC! Don't our taxes support NPR?

My wife and I often watch Bill OReilly. We saw it the night Juan was on there. I do not think what he said was bigoted (not everyone may agree with me). We saw and heard what he said. I think he was expressing the attitude of lots of people whether that attitude is right or wrong.

What he said is sort of like the Jessie Jackson quote from some time back where he said something about being on a dark street and hearing footsteps behind him and turning around and being relieved that the person behind him was white. I don't have the date or place or context or exact words Jessie Jackson said. Maybe someone here can provide that information or correct me if I'm wrong or misinformed.

Isn't NPR tied in with "public tv" or public educational tv?
I used to send annual support to the local public educational tv but felt like I could no longer support it because of what I considered their non-God or anti-God bias. I remember when someone from the local educational tv station called me and asked me to increase my yearly pledge. He stated that there was a chance that the federal government might decrease their support. I told him that I did not think it was right for the federal government to use my tax dollars to support public educational tv. I thought it should be supported by private individuals or by local corporations. When the next time came to renew my pledge, I did not renew it. That has been quite a few years ago and I still feel the same way.

Re: Fired for speaking the truth

Check out this clip, from way back in 1995, of NPR’s Nina Totenberg telling the host of PBS’s Inside Washington that if there was “retributive justice” in the world the (admittedly loathsome) Jesse Helms would “get AIDS from a transfusion, or one of his grandchildren will get it.” Totenberg is still NPR’s legal affairs corresponden

NPR hires and condones bigotry as shown here.
