You don't necessarily HAVE to go to a University or get a degree. It may be preferable in some cases. Certainly if teaching in one of the UPC schools you want to get that degree. My pastor is taking classes offered by another church who has staff that went to Seminary (not Oneness affiliated) and the classes he is taking and the method they are using to teach is pretty much on par with going to a university.
He isn't interested in a title. He is interested in furthering his education so he can teach the church better. He is the kind of guy that reads and expands his knowledge

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.
