okay, now I'm bummed... I drink 64oz of h2o every day, sometimes more. i've walked a mile and more for over 2 weeks. seems like nothing has changed.... (did I mention I can eat almost a dozen truffles a day? maybe that is what is hindering me! lol)
Seriously you are right.... It took me some time, along with 4 children, to put this weight on... It'll take time to get if off. I like what I've been reading though because it seems like I'm really on the right road.... How come no one told me there were snacks shops along this road???
