Drink at least 2 liters of water per day....Always eat breakfast. Walk at least a mile per day. Know what a "portion size" is. Eat anything you want but do it in moderation. Eat organic foods!! Keep a positive attitude. When stress tries to beat down your door, don't respond. Try this for a week and there is a 100% chance you will lose weight!! Sounds too simple, but it works.
