Prax, I wouldn't have known this was law had it not been for a newspaper article given to me about a similar situation. It was between a 28 yr. old in a position of trust and authority (educational, religious org, counseling) who had sex with a 19 yr. old subordinate. I called the AG office of my state to find that this IS a law in the State where I'm located. And the language of the law describes anyone holding a position of trust. Age of consent DOES NOT apply in these cases.
