Agreed.
I don't think that is really her argument tho, (the church will always gather in some type of bldg to atleast get out of the elements), but rather that the mindset of some that are convinced u have to get to the "holy ground" at the "holy bldg" so that the "mannagod" can be "Gods messenger" to you, cause u are basically considered "laity" and limited on Spiritual growth and revelation of scripture, unless it is delivered by "Gods Annointed"....and thereby that mindset can be crippling to the body from individually moving on into perfection" in personal study and prayer. When an overseer constantly carries on about getting to "Gods house" to hear what God has to say this week concerning the church...often likely tends to limit ones confidence in personally hearing from God thruout personal relationship, especially if it is not verbally encouraged from a pulpit NEARLY as much as "getting to Gods House" anytime the doors are open. And if u ever get a revelation that is contrary to what is being taught, the chances of it being sincerely heard (if conflicting)are somewhat slim. Ive heard it said plenty of times w my church, that if a pastor is in the wrong concerning scripture, its up to God to allign his thinking, not the "saints"-(laity)(not by the pastor, but by visiting ministers and platform speakers..)
I haven't read all her posts, but I'm thinking that's the jest of her intent....that type of mindset stemming from cathlocism...
Maybe I missed it tho.
