Second, this guy is an idiot. He doesn't have a clue what the fifth amendment says. He tries claiming what he believes it is, but what he claims is not what the fifth amendment says. As his final statement shows, he was recording this to try to make himself look smart on social media -- "This is how you get out of it." Unfortunately for him, he comes across just as ignorant as the officer.
He was completely wrong on the fifth amendment. His claim that police cannot speed unless during an emergency is false. He was wrong about not having to give his name out.
He gets his video and the praise of other morons like him.
Again, the officer needs to spend more time in training. She acted like a Rookie.
