Its very crucial to understand the case of the 144 thousand. They are in the midst of the wrath of God being poured out on Earth. Yet they are
SEALED against it. Gods wrath will not touch them.
These God is able to bless and keep from his wrath and even satans wrath (according as his will may be) even tho his wrath is falling on others.
And pre tribs accept this for the "bottom tier" type left behind Christians they believe in but reject the idea God could do the same for his end time overcomers!
The whole concept of the wrath of God gets misunderstood when people forget there are
DEGREES of the wrath of God. It is on some right now. He can bring wrath against who he pleases any time.
In the days of Paul he said the wrath of God had come on the Jews
TO THE UTTERMOST! 1 Thess 2:15-16.
15Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men: 16Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins alway:
for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.
So God was able in the first century to direct his wrath
EXACTLY to whom he desired while others may not have even noticed.
I see Gods wrath coming upon the Earth, and specifically on the sinners all through the tribulation. It just gets
MORE as time goes on.
And then after the sinners are killed by his wrath they will still have to face the Mighty God at the seat of judgment and be cast into the fires of Hell for their destruction.....which is then
THE APEX OF HIS WRATH.
