Elder Benincasa is a man of God who walks by faith and believes God for healing. He would not give you advice that he does not follow himself. It is his job to preach the gospel and preach faith for healing.

The main issue here is pharmaceuticals, how addictive they are, and the real possibility of spiritual consequences.

If you want medical advice, see a medical Doctor.
