Re: Psychotropic Drugs in Religious Rituals

Let's look at the facts

1) you made light of a child being dragged to a lit stove, and tortured by their stepparent. I don't know you? I don't know your middle initial? You are a person who is the liberal defender of the people? Bernie Sanders devotee?
Do you forget why I did that? You mocked veterans with PTSD. I figured if you mocked vets, and made light of their PTSD, your circumstance deserved to be mocked also to see how you take your own medicine. Of course, I explained this already, and let it go. But you're still obsessing over it.

2) last night you said that if you committed suicide would I take care of your children? You have PTSD? You have admitted that PTSD isn't restricted to veterans. What about abused children? Chris, you crossed lines before, and you will cross them again. Yet, when you come under the gun, you scream wee, wee, wee, all the way home? Then you use suicide dramatically against other posters so you can make your points? Really? I don't have to know your middle initial, I read the outrageous tripe you post.
I asked a hypothetical question to point out that you don't have any skin in the game. You only have an "interpretation" a "theory". You have nothing beyond that. And since we're discussing psychotropic medications, we're talking about people who are mentally unstable. We're also talking about the side effects of suicidal thoughts. And if anyone read what you wrote, took you seriously and discontinued their meds, there's a chance one could harm their self or others. Of course, you have no skin in the game. You'd just take another sip of coffee at your computer and never know how your unbalanced notions about this destroyed a family.

Are you willing to admit that if someone read your "interpretation" on this and took you seriously, there could be dire consequences?

You want a discussion? About what? How cannabis will make mommy and daddy in love again? You don't think that will elicit a response?
I gave you a link to 60 peer reviewed studies on it indicating medicinal use. You didn't address a single one.

Quote:
Chris, you are a phony, noting more than a troll.
I'm no troll. I simply stand my ground.

Quote:
PTSD? Threats of suicide? Followed with drama concerning your own children? You use your own children? Like one poster said, you need the VA.
Where did I threaten suicide? I never said that I was thinking about suicide or that I would harm myself. I asked you a "what if" question. And since the point struck home, you're over here feigning concern and outrage at something that doesn't exist to avoid answering the question.

Quote:
Like I said this morning, you have zero credibility.
Creditability? What's that mean? This is a forum for open discussion. I'm not running for any office or competing with anyone for anything. Besides, there's nothing I can say that you won't twist. So, creditability isn't the issue. Telling you the truth to your face in spite of anything you have to say, insults you throw, and false accusations you make, is my only desire.

You think cannabis is a wonder drug, that outshines the Holy Ghost? Then go buy you a bag.
I never said that. The entire conversation is in the context of drugs/medication. Start a thread on divine healing and the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Then you'll hear what I might have to say about divine healing and the Holy Spirit.

My mother had type 2 diabetes and she stopped taking her meds and she wasn't Apostolic. She didn't have the Holy Ghost, she didn't pray. She went vegan, and exercised.
That's a wonderful thing. But keep one thing in mind. What worked for her might work for some and not others due to various factors.

Quote:
Chris, like I said, I don't need to know your middle initial, I got your address.
You have a caricature of me. You haven't really gotten to know me at all.

Quote:
I have been reading your material for years.
Correction: You've been "reading into" my material for years.

Go find a church.
There's one I'm becoming partial to. I'm taking it slow.
