I just weaned off of coffee, after three days of terrible withdrawal, I am caffeine free. Anything that can effect my body that negatively I can live without. I had started having irritated bladder, and that has cleared up, so I feel much better. I tried decaf this morning, one cup only, but it is not the same, so I may just forget it.
I now sleep better, and am much more alert and full of energy to run our business.
Since it is now 1:23 AM, I am off to get some of that sleep....O yeah! Good night.
