I probably wouldn't have done that either, but I thought it worked -for them. It is all about having a memorable wedding, nothing more. Growing up in the UPC, I knew I did NOT want my wedding looking like the typical apostolic one. Hour long wedding service followed by church basement reception. And usually the happy couple could be seen in service Sunday morning for the sole purpose of being seen
finally able to
sit next to each other.
