yes that is correct until they reach an age where they understand good and evil

Most things are have no value to children of a young age, not that those things have no value but most children don't understand a lot of concepts or why they happen

3) The Blood of Jesus is comparable to dirt to children during the stage of childhood

Children can't make those sort of devaluations of the blood of Jesus. They neither know good or evil. They are innocent of guilt not that they consider the blood of Jesus as dirt. That is your valuation not theirs

4) Children are exempt for John 3:5 and don't need to be born of water and spirit as Jesus commanded to enter heaven,

Children that don't know good or evil have no need of having their sins forgiven, not having any sins

“Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.

Right, again children are in a status Jesus said "such is the kingdom of God"

Your way consigns all infants, newborn babies, to hell

and finally

5) The Apostle Paul was an idiot when writing Romans 8:9,

"And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ."

Again Paul is talking about and to those that have understanding. You thing a newborn infant can read Romans or understands the concepts of good and evil contrary to what the bible says?

I've learned even though babies have never received the Holy Ghost infilling, they still belong to God, and Apostle Paul was very misleading.

I never thought he was misleading. I never once thought when Peter preached Acts 2:38 he was preaching to a group of 6 months old infants, nor when Paul preached or wrote his Epistles was he addressing those that could not even read let alone understand with their ears Hebrew/Aramaic or greek

Children to Paul just did not know good or evil yet, especially evil
