You're right, only Dexter fans would get it. Never heard of Dexter. My husband doesn't get the Rhett comment either. He hates Gone With the Wind.

Come to think of it, Dexter haters would get it, too. Deb might be the reason a lot of them are haters.

And, honestly, I've never tried the "What Rhett said" on my husband. Just thought about doing it once or twice.

Fine, I'll explain. Deb's character is the foulest-mouthed character in the history of characters. Even other characters comment on her "language", and some are annoyed by it.

Season 6 had a cliff-hanger ending, which I won't spoil, but I'm predicting season 7 will start with a Deb tirade that will put all other Deb tirades to shame. She may have to invent entirely new bad words, for this one!
