Yep, just like a dress code at a job.
Only difference is, if the workers dont like the dress code, they can't vote out the boss. You can vote out your pastor. Of course if the majority votes for the pastor then apparently you need to find another church.

In fact I think that the insinuation of "hateful" Pentecostals is coming mostly from the fertile imaginations of bitter, backslidden ex Apostolics who are constantly trying to find a way to justify their actions. ~ strait shooter
