It is VERY hard to have a garden here in the north. You need a greenhouse. I hope to get one for this summer. I did put up a LOT of vegetables last summer that we bought at a local produce stand for next to nothing. Makes me wonder if gardening here is worth all the trouble, when I can get such great veggies down the street and can them.

Have you ever tried dehydrating? I was listening to a lady speak about the fact that with dehydration that you keep about 80% of the nutrients, while in canning, you lose about 80% of the nutrients!

It is just that dehydrating is so time consuming, which is why we haven't tried it.

I'll probably have to wait all day for that video to load, but I am going to watch it.

This is the weirdest thing... last night some friends were gathered in our home, and the chem trails were part of our discussion! I am interested to see what the video says.

I think basically it comes down to eating as healthy as we possibly can, and praying a blessing over our food asking the Lord to bless it to our bodies in spite of all the evidence around us, that everything we eat, breathe, and drink is polluted with chemicals of one sort or another!

You and I are just cogs in the machine, and fleas on a bigger dog. People make these documentaries with noble ideals, and really want to get the news out to the huddled masses, but the huddled masses are too busy complaining about Calvinism Vs Arianism, Vs Molinism, while watching "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo," and drinking Red Bull.

We are in a Brave New world, and there is money to be made by people who are not on Internet Forums.
