Paul writes to Titus about a
"...common faith..."; and Jude touches
upon a
"...common salvation...". That, of course, means embracing
the gospel that saves. It is when a person begins to deviate from
the very gospel that that person also begins to withdraw from his
first love. Then there are those who NEVER truly have embraced the
gospel, and therefore remain ever confused, and find themselves in
the cross hairs of the Apostle Paul's words:
"Professing themselves
to be wise, they became fools . . ."
Being ignorant of righteousness, they will NEVER be able to:
"Judge righteous judgment."
