That is partly what prompted me to start this post... since I am overseas right now.
I think people are quick to get defensive about their own weight, or those in their family...
but I am using the same mentality which the church taught me about religion... you can never do enough, and there is always something else you could be doing to be better.

And again, I am not saying this as some guy who is the epitome of health and fitness... because I am FAR from that.
If someone weighs 400 pounds, and is still drinking regular soda (and hasn't switched either to diet or to plain water), then there is still something they can do to lose weight... regardless of any medical conditions that they might have.
